The claims can be reached with 2 wheel drive road access for entire mining season. The ground is almost flat with a gentle slope for easy drainage. This project is ideally suit to "floating" or "tow behind" type sluice system. This is virgin ground, bordering on a previously successful mining area ($300 troy oz).
These claims are the confluence of 3 rivers which are the Indian River, Wounded Moose Creek and Australia Creek all of which have very large watersheds and have adequate supply of water even during the worst drought conditions (100 yr drought). Land use permits and water license are renewable after their existing 10 year tenure. A large pit (mining cut) is 50% prepared (stripped) for the 2010 season.
