Located in the Uravan Mineral Belt on 1,340 acres of BLM land, 25 road miles from Energy Fuels proposed Paradox Valley Mill site. The property covers four historic producers with extensive underground workings. The ore is present in both the upper and lower Salt Wash members of the Morrison formation and occurs as irregular seams ranging in thickness from one to five feet with roll fronts to 14 feet and widths to 60 feet. The underground workings explore the upper member of the Salt Wash and an open pit SE of the workings exposes a high grade lens in the lower member.
Two radon soil surveys and two IP surveys were carried out over the last three years on four areas that were extensively drilled in the 50's and all four surveys yielded positive results.

Gold:
84-87% Pure Some small nuggets up to 1/4 ounce have been found. Majority of the gold is flat and has travelled some distance. I have never sold any of my gold over the last 28 years. I have either kept it and made jewelry for family or traded it. There are no recorded ounces with our official mining recorder.
Access:
The gold mine is 3-5 hours away from Whitehorse Yukon depending on road conditions. The first 100 miles is on the paved Alaska Highway. 20 miles west of Haines Junction is the turnoff on to the 4 wheel drive road. The last 10 miles off-road can be quite difficult, especially after rain or too early in the spring. It is not uncommon to chain-up the vehicles. Once on the claims it is very solid good ground. Access is not recommended before June 15th of each year.
Property:
I have the lowest 10 claims on the creek which historically seems to pay the best. The average depth to pay is between 5 and 8 feet. It is all thawed ground. The best pay is the last foot before the clay layer and bedrock.
There is a lifetime of mining to be done yet on these claims. I have barely touched the ground, as compared to what is left to be mined. I tended to average a total of one month/summer out on site each year. Within that time frame, I would only spend a few days mining about 3-4 hours/day. I spent a lot of time out there with my family. My daughter grew up out there for part of her summers, and more recently my grandchildren sometimes go out there with me. It was always more about family rather than pulling a lot of gold.
Telluride Creek was first discovered in 1904 along with Kimberly Creek, across the valley. Kimberly creek currently has 3 operations on it.

Arizona Lode Gold Mine for Lease or Joint Venture
Historic Arizona Gold Mine for lease or Joint venture now available with inferred reserves estimated at -40 to 60,000 ounces Au. located within a ten acre area of the property.
Excellent potential; this mine is a sleeper and has not been seriously worked since the early nineteen hundreds. Seven lode claims equaling 140 acres are located within one mile of a major Interstate Highway.
Primary strike identified as an en echelon grano/greenstone type fault system running from 1" to 5' widths, exposed facies that are clearly visible and located in each of the seventeen shafts to include the east and west decline tunnel entrances. Vein system runs through the entire claimed area typically covered with alluvial material due to erosion. Old workings include an early 1800's type Spanish arastra and a Chilean arastra which was last used in 1977 to test bulk samples of ore.
This mine is a hard rock mine and is not intended to be operated as an open pit. Current and historical assay values suggest an excellent high grade free milling Au ore deposit, which could be clearly identified by performing a 3 D geophysical study. After examining the historical records a report noted that a sulfide ore structure was encountered at depths below 400 feet.
